I keep disabling Windows 10 Update services,(Stopping windows Update and Disabling it in service lists), but after a while it is turned on automatically how can i have it disabled in order not to turn on automatically ? why it is turned on automatically ?

La seule façon c'est de retarder les mises a jour pour 35 jours.
Tu peux aussi empêcher le redémarrage automatique en cas d'installation de mises a jour automatiques en utilisant une des options de gpedit.msc
