    I've been with Orange for a very long time and I've never had lowercase letters on the security key...
    
    " The security key is completely confidential. It consists of 26 hexadecimal characters (numbers from 0 to 9 and the letters A, B, C, D, E, and F) in UPPERCASE and with no spaces. There is therefore no letter O. Your security key is found on the label of your Livebox. "
