    Hello,

    Maybe you simply haven't installed the driver on your Mac or haven't configured your printer (System Preferences/Printers & Scanners)
    Or this printer might not be recent enough to work with your Mac, for which you haven't provided the specifications, and since we’re not clairvoyants...

    If you are on Mac OS 10.11 or 10.12, it's normal that it doesn’t work, but maybe installing the driver for 10.10....
