No Programs Available

Question

Hello,

My TV is connected to the rooftop antenna, and when I perform a channel scan, once the operation is completed, it displays the channel name and the program being aired, but there is no picture. Then it shows "No Program Available" and still no picture. It's a Thomson. Can you help me? Thank you in advance.

Configuration: Windows / Internet Explorer 11.0

Is the cable properly connected? When you are installing the channels, do you see any that are installed, or is nothing happening?  -- If you no longer need help, please mark the topic as resolved!

No snow in DIGITAL RECEPTION.

If you have snow, it's probably because your television is switched to ANALOG RECEPTION.

First, check on your remote control if there is a button that allows you to change the type of reception:
Ana/Num, Tv/Tnt, or ATV, DTV (choose DTV)

Check if you accidentally changed the source of your television using the "Source" button on the remote

Otherwise, it's an antenna problem.
