Hello,

my Thomson 52fe9234b TV automatically dims the brightness 2 seconds after turning on. When I manage to see a bit, I go to the settings and it indicates that the brightness is normal, just like the contrast and everything else, but I still have sound.
What can I do to fix this problem?

    Hello.

    I noticed in the settings "Image presets": Cold, Normal, Warm. Check if the TV is set to "Warm".

    On LG TVs, there is a "AV Mode" function for brightness set to = normal, games, cinema, sports. The sports mode is the brightest.

    If nothing works, try a factory reset of your TV.

    But if the problem persists after that, it will definitely be a component issue on the video board.

    There's no use in rushing; you need to leave on time. . .
