écran bleu a la place du bureau

Bonjour,

depuis quelques temps quand je navigue sur internet , la page se fige et un ecran bleu apparaît.......

il faut que j’éteigne mon ordi pour redémarrer et là c'est très long pour de nouveau avoir mon bureau.

merci pour vos suggestions.
