Je trouvais mon ordi trop lent et j'en ai déduit qu'il devait être infecté.
J'ai lancé un scan avec AdwCleaner et voici ce qui en est sorti

Mais le plus terrible c'est que AdwCleaner me met ce message : Caught unhandled unknown exception ; terminating.
