I have a little problem with Microsoft Office Word Professional Plus 2013. When I open a Word document, I get a message that appears:
"File Conversion: Choose the encoding to use to make this document readable. Text Encoding: Default Windows - MS-DOS - Other Encoding:
Could you help me get back to the original Word openings? Without having this message and making the text unreadable - for example: ÿØÿà JFIF, , ÿÛ C
