Hello,

My account has been locked for 2 days now.
This message is displayed:

Your account is temporarily locked
We have locked your account because someone recently tried to log in from an unusual location. Please help us confirm that it is indeed you who attempted to log in.

Below there is a continue button to access steps 2 and 3 BUT this button does not work when I click on it. Nothing happens. I tried with my phone and it's the same thing. On a different computer too. I deleted cookies and ran an Avast cleanup for potential viruses.

Has anyone else had this problem? How can I resolve it as quickly as possible??
