Hello,
I'm here to ask how to open the CD/DVD drive on a LENOVO U310-15isk laptop. On other laptops, you just press a button and it opens, but on this Lenovo, it doesn't work as usual. My sister called on me for help, but I'm just as clueless as she is about how to open this pesky drawer; we're even starting to wonder if it's a fake drawer.
Configuration: Windows / Edge 15.15063

in 2 different descriptions, I do not see "the CD-DVD drive"

check if you see a small hole on the drive (a hole that is used to open it mechanically with a paperclip)
also check in "computer" if it appears
