Turn off voice assistant on Samsung Tab6 tablet

Hello,

I accidentally activated the voice assistant on my Samsung tablet Android tab6 and I don't know how to turn it off... I even want to remove or uninstall it so I don't run into it again, it's annoying and I'm stuck because of it. Thank you for your help.
