HELP!!! Missing paragraph style list!!!

Hello everyone,

I have a big problem and it’s the first time this has happened to me.
My paragraph style list in InDesign has disappeared and I tried opening other .indd files. The problem is the same everywhere even though the character styles are visible.
Has anyone experienced this problem and knows how to fix it?
