Spacebar keeps being pressed

Hello,
My issue: the spacebar on the keyboard remains pressed down.
It's impossible to write anything on my computer because a multitude of spaces keep coming between the characters.
Also, my video players keep pausing, resuming, pausing, resuming...
The window explorer scrolls down automatically. The computer checks and unchecks the options that appear in the windows.
Thus, my computer becomes nearly unusable.
** Saturday
Initially thinking that it was the keyboard causing the issue, I removed it, restarted... the problem was still there.
I replaced it with another keyboard, but the same problem persisted.
Then I ran my antivirus which scanned all the drives, without success (it found nothing abnormal).
The next day, it was impossible to restart my PC, it displayed on a black screen: "Error loading the operating system."
So I reboot my PC from the CD and reinstall Windows. Nothing appears: a black screen and a blinking cursor.
Ouch.
I urgently took my PC to my brother's place. He noticed a problem with my second hard drive (an old one). He removed it,
formatted the remaining hard drive, and reinstalled Windows without any issues.
Everything seemed to be working normally...
... until today!
The problem with the spacebar has returned.
What should I do?
I searched several forums and found nothing.
Thank you for your help.

Hello, you say it's happening again, but when your brother reinstalled Windows, there were no problems?? Did you perhaps add, for example, the pack and then the keyboard doesn't work, or is it when you open a specific program like the floppy disk that your problems arise??
Since Sunday, I have reinstalled the necessary drivers for my PC setup:
- Nvidia GeForce graphics card
- Motherboard (MSI...)
- Pinnacle TV tuner card
Haven't had time to do much else.
I've also plugged in my keyboard and mouse.
I used my PC on Sunday and last night without any issues. The problems started again this morning.

Re all right, but the space bar is declared when you're doing word processing or when you're playing or online or with a specific program like Word, for example.
Absolutely all the time!!
For each program, the space bar is held down.
For word processing, it creates a lot of space for me.
For Windows Media Player, it puts it on pause, play, pause, play.
In web browsers, it scrolls the right scroll bar all the way down.
For Windows windows, it checks and unchecks the options...
It's hellish.
I still think it's a virus that Avast can't detect.
Is it possible for a virus to remain after the disk has been formatted?
Otherwise, how is it possible to know if a device is malfunctioning?
On my PC, I'm connected to:
an external hard drive,
a tuner card
wireless mouse + keyboard
speakers
freebox
Could this come from the USB ports?
