Hello everyone!
Today, I tried to record a video using OBS (Open Broadcast Software) because I want to start making videos on YouTube.
For my first test, I started Minecraft 1.12 and clicked on "Test" to see the result.
In that, it showed that it was filming the title screen of Minecraft with good quality, just as I wanted.
Then, I clicked on "Record".
When I watched the video on VLC Media Player, the colors did not match the test at all.
Could someone please tell me what I need to do to fix this?

Hello CaptainKirb!
So let's start with something simple, it's setting up OBS:
I don't know if you've done it before, but here's a video by Steelorse that's very well explained: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lADfYL3bxvc
It might be due to that, in case it doesn't work, I really don't know where this issue could be coming from...

Hello Alaicse!
I didn’t know that Steelorse used OBS!
I followed his video to the letter.
After that, I had an issue that caused my screen to be black, but while searching elsewhere, I found out that I needed to enable the "Anti-cheat compatibility suspension" option in the capture settings.
Since then, it’s perfect.
I have normal colors and the recording looks exactly like the test!
Now, I need to find out how to increase my FPS because even though the recording is nice, it lags a lot.
But that’s another story.
Anyway, thank you very much for your help!

Yes, her name is "Captain Kirb"!
Even though I created a banner and a profile picture, there is no content for now.
But as soon as I manage to fix my FPS issue, I might be able to start!

Absolutely!
I plan to make Minecraft videos on mini-games from servers and survival sessions.
With editing, I will make sure the videos last between five and ten minutes.
And also, I think I'm going to make videos on Clash Royale.
However, it’s going to be a bit of a hassle because the Android emulator shouldn't lag, and I need to find a way to link my game progress since I have a problem with Google Play Games.
But if I manage to sort all that out, I’ll definitely be able to do it.
