Hello, I'm trying to copy/paste an image for my profile and I'm unable to do it that way. Can you help me? I've been connected with you for years and I used to have a red flower. If not, I'll wait for someone who knows how to do it because with all the difficulties I've had, I don't remember anymore but I quite liked having something other than a black image.

- Hello, I made some mistakes thinking I could retrieve your newsletter without High Tech, so one of your technicians asked me to click on the red x and since it wasn't there, I started again with a different identification which was my mistake.
If you receive this response, please correct my old password which has been accepted since I started with CCM, as I have always found the newsletter easy to understand. Thank you and have a great day.

Hello Green Mouse, I am starting over and I keep being asked for the same things even though my address was accepted and I have to reconnect each time. I have provided my first address to retrieve my image and also to continue receiving your newsletter as I did with my first registration (I used to receive the High Tech) and I prefer the one I had all along, it’s easier to understand because I'm not a pro even though I've had a home computer for over 30 years. What more do you need?

I just found my identity in a different way, but I don't know for how long it will last because I've received emails with other identities and I only respond to you, who have opened the same door for me that I had with the same image and details. I just need to get used to this different way of reaching CCM, and please don't ask me to do a copy/paste, I wouldn't know how to do it. The main thing is that I found your site that I really like and my gratitude to you for your great patience.

- Hello Sourisverte2, you properly reinstalled CCM for me and it worked with another password today. After also receiving my avatar, it is no longer there and I no longer receive your letter twice a week as before (especially not the deals one) because I had so many problems with other CCM technicians that I only reach out to you who understand my problem. After downloading Firefox by default, I lost everything. Yes, I received many responses from other people at CCM who did not understand and uninstalled everything. So I ask you to keep my contact details and if possible, to reinstall my red flower just as it was for years. Thank you so much, I don't want to be uninstalled by others who will read this message.
