Hello,
I have a TOSHIBA 40L7331DG Smart LED 3D TV, 102 cm, which I've had for two and a half years. Today, when I turn it on, I get a black screen, but I can still hear the sound from the TV, even when changing channels. The light turns green when I turn it on and red when it’s off. Of course, it's no longer under warranty, so I would like to have it repaired. Do you know about this problem, and could you help me?
