PIN code issue without SIM card Solved

Question

Hello, I gave a mobile phone to my granddaughter. It is broken, so she just sent it back to me for repair. I called the phone brand, which offered to do a "repair" over the phone, but my granddaughter doesn’t remember her PIN code. The SIM card has been removed. I even tried entering 0000, but it said incorrect code. Could you please tell me how I can proceed? Thank you in advance for your help. I just called Samsung, the problem is resolved. The operator I just spoke with gave me an address for repairs, so I no longer need the PIN code. Phew!  Thank you very much Chris 94 for this exchange.  Have a good evening  --  Have a good day

Thank you for responding so quickly. Actually, it's not for my use. I simply need to contact the manufacturer for remote troubleshooting, but I can't open it since it asks for the PIN code; by the way, I don't understand why we need to enter the PIN code if there is no SIM card???? Is the manufacturer really the manufacturer? The phone cannot be reached or reach anyone without the SIM. For a possible remote repair, it still needs to be able to communicate :-/  -- People who fight can lose. People who do not fight have already lost. (Bertolt BRECHT)
