Bonjour !
Si le problème persiste après une réinstall Windows, la cause est matérielle.
Rien n'empêche en soi de lancer un "sfc /scannow" dans une invite de commandes élevée et de checker si tous les périphériques sont bien installés dans le gestionnaire de périphériques...
La RAM est souvent en cause dans les BSOD matériels, suivie d'un matériel connecté qui fait de la merde, suivi du HDD.
On peut envisager un démarrage du pc avec juste le clavier de branché, un seul HDD, l'écran branché sur la carte mère si possible (sinon on laisse la carte graphique au lieu de l'enlever), et une seule barrette de RAM (ne pas hésiter une seule seconde à changer celle qui est actuellement présente dans le slot 1 (ou 0, c'est selon comment vous le voyez... et comment la doc de la carte mère le voit, surtout)
Si ça change rien :
Changez la barrette du slot 1 (ou 0...) avec la ou les autres barrettes que vous avez. SI vous en avez 4... les 4 y passeront
Ne pas hésiter aussi à changer de slot. Un slot RAM défaillant, ça arrive.
Si vous avez 4 barrettes et 4 slots... c'est donc 16 reboot qui vous attendent.
Si rien ne change... faudrait dégotter un autre HDD avec Windows dessus pour voir si c'est pas lui la cause
Si le problème disparait... faut remettre les composants un à un et tester pour chacun
