How to delete your old Instagram account?

Hello,
I would like to delete my account, which is quite old, but I no longer have an email address, password, or phone number associated with this account as I have changed everything.
I have tried several times with the addresses and passwords that I remember but it leads nowhere.
All that is being offered to me is to reset my password by logging into my old email address, which I cannot access...
What can I do to finally delete this account?

    Thank you cs_PaTaTe, I found my original email address that I used to create this account, I click on "forgot password" and they tell me that they are sending me a message to my email inbox but my old inbox, for which I've also lost the password... Also, this goes back 3-4 years and I made the mistake of leaving my account on Instagram without deleting it...

        Yes, I’ve already tried about 10 times.. I was asked to fill out a form at the end, which I did, and now I have to wait 24 hours to find out if there’s a solution or not, so I just have to keep my fingers crossed...
