How to disable restrictions

Good evening,

Not long ago, my school gave me an iPad Air 2 during a competition, knowing that we normally work with an iPad in class. Since they had set up the tablets with a restricted mode and they prohibit deactivating or activating it, I downloaded an app via Safari and it asks me to approve it. I went to the settings, but they won't let me approve it. I tried resetting the tablet, but that didn't work. :) Thank you for reading, and also thank you in advance to anyone who can help me. :)
P.S.: Sorry for the spelling mistakes. :)

Hello, the only way to remove the restrictions code is to restore the iPad in recovery mode using iTunes on your computer and set it up as a new device (without restoring from a backup)
But be careful, if the device is registered with iCloud's Find My protection set up by the school, you will no longer be able to reactivate the iPad.
You will therefore need to contact the school to see about removing the device from the school's Apple account.
