BOCA printer drivers

Hello,
At work, we've switched to a full web ticketing system and we need to work with our old BOCA printers. With our old ticketing software, the printers communicated directly with the software. With this new software, the printers need to operate as system printers. However, when I connect my printer to the PC (via USB), the printer is not recognized and shows as "unrecognized." When I go to troubleshoot the issue, it asks for a driver. And I don't have that driver, and I can't find it anywhere.
When I call our printer supplier, he tells me that these printers work without a driver ... while I'm being asked for one ... I admit I'm a bit lost!
Could someone tell me if there is a "universal" driver? Or if you have printer drivers for the following printers:
- Boca Lemur Firmware A46 - Interface STD - Serial #272636
- Boca Lemur Firmware A26 - Interface STD - Serial #274521
- Boca Lemur Firmware B26 - Interface STD Ethernet - Serial #314514

Thank you for your help.
Have a good day
Benjamin

      Thank you for this response.
This is the first site I went to find the drivers, but there is nothing regarding the printers we have...
      Have a good day.

    Hello,
here is what I found regarding your printers (it's in English)
    https://www.bocasystems.com/documents/WindowsDriverInstallGuide2016.pdf

Otherwise, you should call a technician who will come to resolve the issue.
I want to emphasize that since these printers are used in a "professional" setting, it is in your best interest to go through qualified personnel for the equipment reinstallation; otherwise, it could backfire on you if there are any problems down the line.
    Best regards

      Thank you for your reply.
The Boca site is the first site I went to for information. Unfortunately, I didn't find the information I was looking for.
That's why I contacted someone there, and this person told me that there's no need for an installation driver.
He told me to check directly with my Full Web software provider, as if to sidestep the issue, I feel.
But thank you for your response, I will continue to search.
Even our IT guy can't figure out how to do it!
      Have a great weekend!

Otherwise, these printers can ONLY be connected via USB port?
Is there no "network" connectivity on RJ45 port?

These printers have an RJ45 connection that ends in a serial port, and from this serial port, we have an extension to USB to connect it to the PC.
It is not possible to connect directly via RJ45 to the PC because it is on a network and is already using that port.
These are old printers dating back to 2000... they are old, but they worked well until they had to operate as system printers.

        Hi,
they worked especially well because they were directly controlled by the old application.
        That's no longer the case.
I don't know how the new application was marketed, but it's highly likely that the printers are too closely tied to the old application.
It's up to the new application to indicate which printers they support or not.

Just to confirm... do you have the connectors shown in the photo.. and do you have the ETHERNET option?

I don't have the Ethernet option.
My printer is connected via RJ12 serial, linked to an extension for USB output.

    Hi,

I also use bocca for ticketing and it's true that you just need to plug it in via USB. Otherwise, it installs via Windows Update (if the PC is connected).

Sometimes, depending on the USB cables, they are very sensitive. It's worth trying a different one or swapping USB ports.

However, I have this driver in stock that might help you.
