Sage 100 error code V16.05

Hello,

I hope one of you has a solution to my problem. I'm using Sage 100 V16.05, and when I launch GESCOM, I get this error message <unknown error="" /> I tried doing maintenance, but strangely nothing happens.
My problem still persists, what should I do?
