Hello, I have a Harrow brand television. When I turn it on, it flickers, then for three seconds "no signal" appears very dimly, and then the screen stays black. What should I do?

    This flickering is a sign of a malfunction...
    And the screen that shows a message and then disappears seems to be a backlight issue... But really, you would need to be there, take measurements, etc., to be able to affirm anything... and even then...??

    CCFL or LED backlighting, depending on the technology of the television, not knowing the model.

    If you are not able to repair it, you can take it to a technician..

      No, it's the blinking to indicate that the TV is turning on, then very dimly it says "no signal," then that disappears and the screen remains black.
