Download helper no longer records sound

Hello,
I was recording videos with download helper and it was working, now I have the video but without the sound.
Firefox is up to date, download helper is also updated, all of this on seven.
The videos only offer dash streams with different qualities when recording with download helper.
When I check the recorded .mp4 file, right-click / properties / details, the audio fields are empty!!!
And a friend, with a different configuration but the same software, is facing the same problem.
Example with this video (valid until April 1, 2017)

There you go, the problem is solved!
It was the version of download helper that wasn't working anymore.
I found a download helper forum where many people were experiencing the same issue, and it was resolved by the module developer who provided us with a beta version, which works.

I have the same problem, I don’t have sound on the Consciousness Summit videos.
I can't find the beta version to download. Could you be more specific?

I just added this extension: I can download different streams but without sound!!
Or a mp4 file with video only and a mp4 file with sound only!!
How can I solve this problem?
A link please to download a version that records video + sound?
