Right-click on the encoding controller Properties Details tab Select --> Hardware Ids It's a number that should look like this as an example: --> PCI\VEN_1969&DEV_1026&SUBSYS.......
P.S.: Avoid writing in uppercase.

Hello,
there are two identification numbers for the hardware, here is the first number: PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2298&SUBSYS_80C5103C&REV_21.
And here is the second: PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2298&SUBSYS_80C5103C it's as if the numbers are identical.

Quand j'essaie d'installer, ça s'affiche sous forme de fichier Bloc-notes. Pourquoi ça ? Je n'arrive pas à l'installer.

I double-click on the file. Then it shows the message Windows cannot open the folder. The compressed folder is not valid.

Here I can download and install and I went to Device Manager for the driver installation, it shows Windows could not install your PCI encoding/decoding controller. Windows cannot find any driver for your device. This is not good for my HP up to now. Thank you, I am waiting?

Hello,
when I go to Device Manager, I see two types of devices: system devices and system interface devices. Which one should I choose??? Thank you.

You only uninstall the problematic device, which is the encoding controller.
