Hello, I regularly encounter this issue with simple formulas in a Pivot Table that I want to drag down.
In this case, the formula is a simple division between 2 cells and is as follows: =GETPIVOTDATA("Sum of Basket";$A$1;"Client Name ";"A")/GETPIVOTDATA("Number of Basket 2";$A$1;"Client Name ";"A")
When I drag it down, the last element "A" does not change, but I would like the formula to take the next element down, which would be column A row B, then row C, etc.
I think I must be forgetting something, because if I remember correctly, dragging a formula in a Pivot Table wasn't complicated. Is it possible that my Excel is misconfigured?
Thank you very much for your help!
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 56.0.2924.87

Hello
Formula to test
=GETPIVOTDATA("Sum of Basket",$A1,"Customer Name","A")/GETPIVOTDATA("Number of Basket 2",$A1,"Customer Name","A")
Best regards-
Hello, when I saw your response, I thought 'of course' then I tried removing the 2 extra $ signs, but unfortunately it doesn't work. In the formula, my $A1 correctly changes to $A2 and then $A3 as I drag it down, but my last element "A" always remains "A" when it should change...
Do you perhaps have another suggestion for me? Thank you!- Can you please provide us with an example of your file?
