Hello,
Having followed your post, I am reaching out to you to resolve my installation of Office 2003 on Windows 10.
On my new PC, I started by removing all elements of the Office 365 suite (30-day trial version) as you suggested.
Then, during the attempt to install Office 2003 (I run the SETUP and enter my 25 personal alphanumeric codes), I always end up getting the following error message:
"Error 1500. Another installation is in progress. You must complete it before continuing with this installation."
However, I have clearly uninstalled all elements of the trial Office suite and nothing else is running.
Is there a particular trick??

Hello,
Already use this utility that should resolve the "not installed" problem
UTILITY
Then try again to install your Office 2003 .. regarding this, you should rather switch to an office suite like OpenOffice HERE
Or LIBRE Office HERE
Much more suited to Windows 10 than your totally obsolete Office 2003.
