The sound on my tablet isn't working anymore.

Hello,
I have a Google Nexus tab 7 and from one day to the next it no longer makes any sound, does not vibrate anymore, and the headphone jack does not work :/
Do you know how I could make it work again? Do I need to replace a part?

      It is possible that something has fallen into the headphone jack and is simulating headphones, but if they are not working either, I advise you to contact a repair technician...
