Hello,

I want to enter my email address on my Thomson TV but I can’t find the "@" symbol on my remote control. Can someone please help me?

    you normally need to activate symbol characters
    in a first table you have a standard keyboard with uppercase / lowercase, and probably alt and alt gr
    then in a second table or second page if you prefer, you will have the digits and special characters like - _ @

    otherwise try alt gr + a as on a standard keyboard
