Hello,

My screen displays sorts of pink/green pixel bands and a white screen at times.

Here are the images:

I think it might be a screen issue, but I'm not too sure. If anyone has any ideas, thank you for your help.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 56.0.2924.87

I have the same problem, except that for me it's a loose connection; if I move the screen, it goes back to normal, but it's only getting worse (it happens more and more often, and I have to move the screen more and more to debug). What should I do? Disassemble the PC to clean it and check that the cables are not damaged? Or should I go to a repair shop instead?

I had the same problem as you at first; I had to move it to debug it, but eventually it wouldn't display anything anymore. I checked to see if the cables were damaged, but I didn't find anything unusual, so I preferred to change the screen, and it's working very well now. You can still go see a repairman, but I think your problem comes from the screen too. In that case, you have no choice but to take it apart to retrieve the reference and replace it. There's nothing complicated about it.
