Hello,
We just bought a new Alcatel phone from Orange that can only adjust the sound up to 5 and it actually meows: you can’t hear ANYTHING unless you are sitting IN FRONT!
Please let me know of a small device that can increase the VOLUME.
Of course, I'm annoyed because I paid €59 for it!
Obviously, I have internet.

you can't hear ANYTHING unless you're sitting IN FRONT!
A telephone, generally, is for putting the receiver against your ear...
Otherwise, sitting in front is using the hands-free mode... and there, there should be a specific volume setting for that mode of operation.
What is the model of this Alcatel phone?Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it's not there...
