Bonjour à tous,
Je ne peux plus installer d'antivirus (aucun ne marche).J'ai tout essayé.J'ai forcément un virus.Quand j'essai de télécharger un antivirus en ligne ca ne marche jamais; J'ai lancé un HijackThis; Le rapport me donne ca:

Merci pour ta morale Saches que l'antivirus dont je me suis servi, je ne sais pas d'où il vient, il se peut qu'il ait été téléchargé mais je n'ai pas demandé: c'est ami qui me l'a passé... Apparemment personne n'a l'air de pouvoir m'aide donc si tu as au moins une piste.... ca serait sympa!merci

pour avancer le schmilblick :
Rends toi sur ce site :
http://www.zonavirus.com/datos/descargas/95/elibagla.asp
tout en bas de cette page tu trouveras un outil
à télécharger,clique sur "escargar Elibagla" (le numéro de version change au fur et à mesure des mises à jour)
installe ce fichier sur le bureau.
ensuite double-clic sur Elibagla.exe
>laisse la case "eliminar ficheros automaticamente" coché
>clique sur"explorar"
>laisse-le travailler
>poste le rapport final qui sera dans c:\infosat.txt
Si, dans le rapport, tu vois un texte semblable à celui-ci

envoie ce(s) fichier(s) (dans l'exemple C:\Muestras\HLDRRR.EXE.Muestra EliBagle v10.24 ) à l'adresse e-mail indiquée (virus@satinfo.es).
L'outil a rencontré un fichier qu'il reconnait mais ne sait pas encore éradiquer. Dans 24 heures environ, sur le site, la version de déchargement (v10.24 dans l'exemple) aura changé par rapport à celle actuelle. Tu retéléchargeras l'outil, tu le relanceras et tu posteras le rapport.

désolé, j'ai zappé ta réponse d'hier.
J'aurai préféré avoir le rapport intégral (avec le nom du fichier infecté et l'action de bit defender).
Quel message d'erreur as-tu en essayant d'installer un antivirus ?
Clique sur ce lien :

Clique sur navilog1.zip pour télécharger navilog1.exe.
Choisis Enregistrer
et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
Une fois l'installation terminée, le fix s'exécutera automatiquement.
(Si ce n'est pas le cas, double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau).
Laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valides.
(ne fais pas le choix 2,3 ou 4 sans notre avis/accord)
Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé, le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
Copie-colle l'intégralité dans une réponse. Referme le blocnote.
Le rapport est en outre sauvegardé à la racine du disque (fixnavi.txt)
poste le rapport.

il me faut
- l'emplacement des fichiers détectés par Bit Defender
- ce qui se passe à la tentative d'installation de Spybot (et d'AVG, et d'un antivirus).
Télécharge OAD http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/OAD.exe
- Enregistre le sur ton bureau
Double clique sur le OAD pour le lancer
- nom de fichier à rechercher tape ou fais un copier coller de : spybot
- Type de recherche : sélectionne l'option 6 puis valide [entree]
OAD va maintenant rechercher le fichier. Laisse le travailler jusqu'à ce qu'il en ai terminé.
Le rapport de recherche s'affichera automatiquement à dès qu'il en aura terminé.
- Fais un copier / coller de ce rapport dans ton prochain post.
Note importante : Suivant la taille des disques dur cette recherche peut prendre plusieurs minutes. Sois patient(e)
