Connection issue with Philips smart TV

Hello everyone
I have a Philips BDP5600 3D Blu-ray player, I can connect to the internet (wired) but when I go to Smart TV, the TV displays "To complete Smart TV sign-in, please switch your TV set off and on again." So, I turned off and on my Blu-ray player and the message comes back. What should I do, please help me.
