Hello, on my new ACER Aspire E 17, the problem is that I have no access whatsoever, and the Setup Guide is very limited; thank you to anyone who can help me out of this rut.

    Maybe a suggestion!
    Try downloading and updating the touchpad driver from the brand's website.
    Acer Aspire E17 is not very precise; you should have a reference similar to E5-774G-79LB for example, or something equivalent. This reference can be found on a label stuck underneath the laptop.
