toshiba, no access to BIOS Solved

Hello, I have a Toshiba C850D-11G satellite and I can't access the BIOS I pressed F2 - F12 - F8 - Esc - nothing works, I have Windows 10 as the OS Configuration: Windows / Internet Explorer 11.0

You need to "restart" and not "turn off".
The PC is in deep sleep on "turn off", so it doesn't start, and BIOS access is obviously impossible.
A classic issue with laptops since W8.....

Hello,
in the manual it says:
"hold down the F2 key and start the tablet (the PC)
Try as indicated.
Otherwise, following the installation of Windows 10, please note that access to the F8 key for booting in safe mode is no longer available.. see here for how to access safe mode.
