Hello my friends, I use Windows Professional. I am going to install KASPERSKY INTERNET SECURITY antivirus. When I install, after the installation progresses I get the message: (THE OPERATING SYSTEM DOES NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS, Installing the application requires Windows Service Pack 1 or following).
what can I do, in response to this?
