EBP payroll pay period modification

Hello,

I can’t edit my payslip for the period from 01 to 31/01/2017. I can modify the dates and the payment date, but the period remains November 2016 and December 2016.

      Hello Contrariness, I’m completely new to this software. Indeed, given the year change, I’ve been thinking about it. Should I validate all my payslips before the closing?

    The reports are already valid when you move to the next month... before that they are drafts.

    The annual closure will verify the validity of the reports and create the next fiscal year by making the current year closed, non-editable and non-restorable.

    Warning: make a backup before closing the year. It is the only way to restore your file in case of a crash or a database alteration.

    Also remember to copy the backup to a reliable medium such as a CD or a NAS. (USB keys are not as reliable as that)

        Hello, So does the previous exercise (N-1) need to be closed in order to edit a payslip for the current exercise (N)??? Thank you very much for your help!! Best regards
