Hello,
During a VAT declaration, I accidentally clicked yes for "validation of entries for the period." How can I unvalidate it because I can no longer modify a single entry now...

    You may be able to restore from a previous backup, but this will require you to re-enter the missing entries..

    However, you can also correct or complete the VAT entries in the following period.

      In fact, it’s not my VAT entries that I need to modify but other entries for the month, and therefore I cannot change anything, the same goes for the previous months.

      In the majority of accounting software, once it is validated, it's finished... It meets the requirements of the tax administration...

      However, you have complete freedom to correct your errors by making adjusting entries in the journal of miscellaneous entries... Just remember to comment on the entries so you know what they refer to.
