Hello,
We created a website on Free in the context of a training project (in 2004) containing personal data that I would like to see removed from the Internet.
We no longer have the access codes and therefore no way to delete these pages.
Do you know how to request Free to delete the site?
Thank you for your help.
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 55.0.2883.87

Hello
I am no longer a subscriber with Free. So when I called, I couldn't reach them.
For the second post, to access the Free newsgroup, you need to be subscribed. Moreover, I fear that I am not knowledgeable enough in computer science to manage it.
The data on the pages of the site must be removed as soon as possible.
Thank you for your help if there is another way.-
For the identifiers, with Free, it's not complicated, it's the email address without @free.fr or the site address without http:// and without .free.fr
You only have the password to recover.
You can try sending a postal letter explaining your problem and providing as much information as possible, to this address (Service Pages-perso):
Free
The name of the service (for example: Complaint or National Consumer Service)
75371 Paris Cedex 08- Good evening,
I sent a registered letter to Free that went unanswered. I absolutely need to delete the data from the website that provides information about a person who believes it puts them in danger.
Furthermore, if I cannot delete this person's data, they will be forced to file a complaint against me - that is the only solution proposed by the CNIL.
How do we get out of a situation where we have no control over the data?
We even requested delisting from Google, which "judges" that it is not relevant!!!
Is there anyone who knows someone at Free who can help me?
Thank you very much. - Hello,
Here is what I found on the Free NewsGroups Pages-perso, I don't know if this applies to your case:
>> Good evening,
>>
>> The current president of our archery association would like to either update or delete the site http://xxxxxx.free.fr/, which is now obsolete and was created a long time ago by one of our former members.
>>
>> We do not have the contact details of the site creator, nor their login information.
>>
>> Is there a procedure to delete or access a site in this specific case?
>>
> Yes, just wait for an intervention from the admin (Lionel) on this thread who will ask you (via private message) to prove the account's ownership by the association.
>>
>>
If the site needs to be kept for reuse (or for its email)
it might be useful to create a "Free Access" account
with the association as the holder and not an individual
Then you just need to link the xxxxxx account to this new main account - Hello,
First of all, thank you for your response.
The case submitted by this association director seems similar to mine.
So we need to be able to register for the NewsGroups Pages-perso of Free and submit my request hoping that it will be successful...
Can one register for Free's newsgroups without being a Free customer?
If so, I will attempt the procedure.
Is there no simpler way to get in touch with Mr. Lionel Bernardi?
Thank you already for your help.
Best regards. - I don't know if it's necessary to have a Free account to use the NewsGroups; you simply need to configure your email client to subscribe.
If in doubt, you can create a "free access" account:
https://subscribe.free.fr/accesgratuit/
Then, upon receiving your login details, you can ask about NewsGroups on the Pages-perso using the email address linked to this new Free account:
