Samsung cross-shaped TV stand cracked

Hello,
The stand of my Samsung UE 60 H6200 TV has just cracked. I took it to the customer service, and they told me they do not cover breakage and that it's part of the aesthetics of the model. They advised me to contact Samsung, who told me the same thing. So now I’m left with a TV without a stand, and they say I’m the only one this has happened to, which is a blatant lie. If anyone has any tips, please help me.
