What should I put for Network ID?

Hello,
I would like to receive the TNT channels from Numericable on my TV.
In the TV settings, I set:
Search "Digital and Analog"
for operator selection, Numericable was available, so I selected it.
search mode "Quick"
Network "Manual"
I'm stuck on Network ID, there are 5 dashes so I think it's a 5-digit number
and "Frequency"
What should I enter for Network ID and Frequency?
As long as I haven't filled in these questions, I can't click on "next"
