Sound issue with Freebox Revolution

Hello,

I recently received my Freebox Revolution and connected it to my Pioneer HTP 071 home theater system. When it comes to sound, I practically have to turn the amplifier all the way up, just like the Freebox. There is a huge loss of power. I am using HDMI.
Am I doing something wrong or is this normal?
