Insert cover logo on an MP3

Hello!

I would like to know how it is possible to include the cover art of a CD sleeve in an MP3 file so that the album cover displays when listening on an MP3 player! Thank you very much in advance!
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

    You need to add the MP3 folder to the Windows Media Player library.
    In the folder, right-click on the JPEG file of the CD cover, choose copy. Then, in Windows Media Player, go to the library, right-click on the album cover frame and click on "paste cover."
    The transfer of the folder to an MP3 player then allows for the display of the cover.

      Hello,
      if I use iTunes to copy the CD cover of an album (I tried with WMP11 but it doesn't work...), will it save automatically?
      And do the music files have to be in the \iTunes Music\ folder? Because all my music is in another folder on my external hard drive.
