Hello,
I would like to know how to download music with its image or how to add the image after downloading it.

Here’s a rather simple way using Windows Media Player:
In Windows Media Player,
Click on the Library tab, then navigate to the album that is missing its cover.
Find the image you want to use as the cover (on your computer or on a webpage, for example), right-click on the image, and then click on Copy.
The original image can be in one of the following formats: BMP, GIF, JPEG, PNG, or TIFF.
In your library, right-click on the album cover area, and then click on Paste Album Cover.
A copy of the image is incorporated into each of the tracks of that album. The copy of the image is automatically resized to the appropriate size and converted to JPEG format before being incorporated into the file. The original image file is not modified.
