Hello,
I went this morning to deposit a check at my LCL branch using the machine, and the person who issued the check made a very small signature. The machine indicated that I needed to retrieve the check as it could not detect the signature. When I tried to retrieve the check, the box closed. I could only click on "Finish." No other options... I did not receive a receipt confirming that I deposited this check, and my check was swallowed by the machine. What should I do? The branch is closed, and I need this check to be quickly credited to my account...
Configuration: Macintosh / Safari 10.0.2

Hello
This question would be more appropriately asked here:

On the other hand, you can send an email to your LCL advisor from your client space on the bank's website
See you

My mission is to kill time and theirs is to kill me in turn.
We are perfectly at ease among assassins (E.Cioran)
