Hello
I have the following question: I use Viber and if I send a Viber message (I am in France) to one of my contacts who is abroad at the time I write to them, can I see "delivered" under my message? Thank you for your answers.

Hello, as soon as you click the "Send" button below your message, it will display Delivered (even if your contact is abroad). If it doesn't say Delivered, then it means the contact has not received the message (abroad or not). Generally, the message will send itself later. When the contact has received the message, it will then display Delivered.

Thank you for this response, but to understand correctly, shouldn't this contact be on Wi-Fi for it to say delivered?
I recently saw that when sending such a message, there was nothing noted, and when this person returned to French territory, it indicated delivered.

The contact must be on Wi-Fi to receive the message, and if they are, it just means the message hasn't arrived yet. And to receive the message, it doesn't matter if they are in French territory or not; it doesn't change anything.

I sent messages this afternoon via Viber to Switzerland (I'm in France) and none of my messages were delivered for a long time. If I understand correctly, for the messages to be delivered, my contact needs to be on 3G/4G or Wi-Fi, and once they are connected, the messages go through.
