Hello,
I just bought a 4K TV
on some channels, like last night I was watching The Transporter on W9
during the entire duration of the movie, there is a voice that comments on what is happening on the screen
is it possible to disable it

    The audio description for visually impaired people is probably in service.
    To try to assist you, the references (Brand and model) of this television would be a significant addition.
