Please,
In the Folders section, I found "tracing" WPP Media, and when I opened it, I found several files "Skype-MediaStack" followed by numbers separated by dots (I tried one file, it apparently is a version of Microsoft Skype for Business even though I didn't notice any ads). Then there is Icsmedia-vnext-release2 (rtbldlab)... after that, there is modification dated and timed, and there are ETL / BAK files.
I tried to open them with, for example, Adobe Reader... it wasn't possible.
I'm using Windows 8.
What are they exactly? Should I delete them? !!
Thank you for your help,

Hello,
This is a file containing the log of a system's activity, for example to know when the hacker infiltrated the network, or which files were deleted due to human error yesterday... (it can actually log almost every event that happens in your system).
Nothing to worry about
