Hello, my JVC GR DX55 E camcorder refuses to eject the cassette, the error E01 is displayed. Nothing works anymore. The screen shows "unit in safeguard mode." I have unplugged the power several times, but nothing helps. Is it an internal memory issue or a mechanical problem? Thank you in advance;

Hello friend. My JVC GR D23E camcorder has a problem; when I switch to recording mode, I don't have any image on the LCD screen or in the viewfinder, everything else works normally, including settings and tape playback. Thank you for your response. I wish you a great day. MARC.
Hello, I have a JVC GR-D93E camcorder, and after a fall, I got the following error: E03. Can you give me the solution to unlock it? The tape is out, but I can't put it back in or access the menus. Thank you Régis
My JVC GR-DF540 (mini DV) camcorder is giving me the following error message: "01 - unit safeguard mode, remove and reattach battery." I tried plugging it into the mains, putting in a new battery, the sellers (Planet Saturn) also tried, but nothing works; it's like it's locked, and I can't even eject the cassette! Yet it's barely 2 years old, and I really take care of it. Thanks for your help, Michel!!
Hello Michel I have a JVC GR-DX97/77/67 camcorder that is now starting to bother me. Every time I open it to film or to play a cassette, it always displays "PLEASE WAIT, CONDENSATION, OPERATION PAUSED" What should I do? Thank you

Hello, I have a JVC GR-DX55E camcorder, which says "lens cap" when I turn it on. Playback is normal. Unfortunately, the device is no longer under warranty. What do you suggest? Thank you for your response.
For no particular reason, my camcorder GR-D240E indicated "eject and reinsert tape" then "unit in safeguard mode 04."
Now it does not accept any tapes.
Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Are you sure your tape isn't write-protected? The little slider on one of the edges (rec/save), just in case. Sometimes it just takes a tiny shift... you never know. It's happened to me once (the dumb thing). Good luck!
Having a JVC GRDX 300 E digital camcorder that’s three years old, I had to clean the heads in August with a tape, but the result was disappointing, so I used alcohol and a cotton swab since then, it’s been a blue screen with nothing else. I suppose I moved the heads without knowing exactly where they are!!! A quote is 100 euros, a new one is 200 €. Is there a way to get it working again?
Thank you, and have a good weekend.

Thank you for your response. In fact, I live in Toulon and I am going to Marseille to the only JVC service in the region.
I have a problem with my camcorder screen when I want to film or review films; the images on the screen are flickering and not clear. I can only see small rectangles or bands. Also, I have to use the viewfinder to film or watch, and I cannot access the different functions such as Menu, Select set, etc. Without reason, and regardless of the type of tape, sometimes the image becomes correct on the screen. It's random but increasingly frequent. Can you tell me what causes this problem and how to solve it? (considering that my device is no longer under warranty) Thank you in advance.
Hello, I have had a JVC GR-D21E camcorder for some time, and I can't turn it on as it displays E03; we have tried ejecting and retrying without success. What should we do? Thank you for your help.
Hello, I have an analog camcorder JVC, and when I insert a tape or when I record, the image is full of interference. Is the problem due to the playback heads?? This camcorder is about 5 years old; can we still find parts for it, and if so, where?
I have a problem with my JVC GR-DX27E camcorder, the image it displays is completely blurry and I can't seem to fix it, so to speak, it is unusable!!!
What’s strange is that the films that were recorded with a clear image, before this problem, are still played very clearly on the camcorder.
Do you have any idea what the problem could be and how much the repair might cost??
Thank you for your reply
P.S: I won't hide the fact that this is really bothering me because the baby is going to arrive soon and I would like to be able to film those first moments..... Sniff.
Hello Michel, I'm writing to ask for your opinion on the issue with my JVC MiniDV Camcorder GR-DF540EX: it came back from the service center of the site where I bought it, it works only when plugged into the mains (when the battery is charging) but when I disconnect it, the camera turns off, and when I try to turn it back on, it lights up for a moment (5 seconds) then turns off again. I bought a new battery and tried it with the new one, but I get the same result... Thank you.
