Robot Pepper malfunction

Hello,
I can’t get the initial setup to display for the first startup on the Pepper tablet; the robot responds, but the tablet remains black. I have tried resetting it several times, but nothing changes, I always get the same result. I even attempted to connect to its IP address via a PC, but it asks me for a username and password, which are not the default ones.
I’m posting this message here in case someone has expertise in robotics or has used the Pepper or NAO robot before.

Check with the seller/manufacturer.

Very specific and complex product regarding troubleshooting as it is rare. ;-)
